The trailer hitch I recommend for a 2020 Honda Pilot is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13146. The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver is a custom bolt-on fit with no cutting or drilling required whatsoever. The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver also has a hidden design so only the receiver tube will be present therefore you can retain the factory appearance.
The trailer wiring harness I recommend for a 2020 Honda Pilot is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 118286. The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness is a plug and play option which contains a seven way trailer connector that is needed for larger trailers with brakes. However, if you just need a four way trailer connector you can just use the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 118760.
