Specs to Determine Compatibility of Taskmaster Radial Tire with 16 Inch Dual Wheel TA95FR

The dimension you are referring to isn't one that is taken into account when determining compatibility.
The tire on the Taskmaster # TA95FR has a section width of 9.25 inches and the wheel has a positive offset of 5.35 inches. This distance is measured (with the tire unmounted) from the center line of the wheel to the hub mounting surface. However, if you're using this in a dual wheel application, a +5.35 offset is standard, so it shouldn't be a concern.
The more important spec to consider is the pilot diameter or center bore, as there are a few variations within the 16 x 6 inch dual wheels. This is very important on hub-centric wheels, like this one, which use the portion of the hub that fits through the large hole in the center of the wheel (pilot diameter) to center themselves on the hub.
If your pilot diameter measures 4.88 inches as shown in the attached photo, then # TA95FR will work.
