Where to attach to Curt Support Strap on a 2011 Kia Soul

I have a 2011 Kia soul and want to know if this strap will work for my car and if so where to clip it in to. Thank you

It looks like on your 2011 Kia Soul, you will have to place the Curt Support Strap, # 18050, in the gap between the body of the vehicle and the top of the rear hatch. You may have to open the rear hatch to get the hook in place and then close the door.

If your 2011 Kia Soul has any type of spoiler at the top of the rear hatch, then you will want to attach the hook to the bottom edge of your rear hatch because spoilers are not designed to support any weight.

The strap will wrap around the mast of the bike rack and pull up and over the arms. The hook will then attach to the top edge of your rear hatch and be tightened with the cambuckle.
