Is the RhinoRack RS 2500 Roof Rack Compatible with a Thule Frontier Cargo Box?

Hi, I am very interested in ordering the Rhino Rack cross bars for my 2014 Subaru Legacy. I have an older Thule Frontier cargo box with the original U-Bolt mounting hardware I am wondering if this hardware is compatible with the the RRRS222B? If not, and I were to order the QM3 hardware from Thule which you sell as well and retrofit that onto the frontier cargo box. Would that hardware be compatible with the RRRS222B? Best,

It looks like the Thule Frontier ES Cargo Boxes used the Thule EasySnap Mounting Hardware # TH05820 which is 3-1/4" wide x 3" tall. Since the RhinoRack RS 2500 Crossbars # RRRS222B are 3-1/8" wide x 1-3/16" tall they're going to be a perfect fit for the original U-bolt mounting hardware on your Frontier ES cargo box-if you've got a different U-bolt kit on your Frontier ES, just make sure that the U-bolts are at least 3-1/8" wide (inside to inside) to verify that they'll fit these bars.

If you have the Thule Frontier cargo box that is not the ES model and want to replace your hardware at any time, you can use the Thule Replacement QM3 # TH04997 or the EasySnap Mounting hardware mentioned above.
