Question:
Can you tell me if this is the long awaited hitch for the new 2012 Impreza Sport Limited Hatchback?

Expert Reply:
As long as your 2012 Subaru Impreza Sport Limited Hatchback has a single exhaust then this CURT Trailer Hitch Receiver with Drawbar # C11286 that you referenced would work well for you. I attached installation instructions for this hitch for you to check out also.
This hitch comes with a drawbar, but if you plan on doing some towing you may be interested in the following products to complete your setup:
Trailer Wiring Harness # 118573 (I attached installation instructions and video for you to check out)
Hitch Ball 1-7/8 inch Diameter # 19256
