The bike rack with the highest weight capacity that has a ramp that can be utilized is the Thule EasyFold XT # TH903202 but it can only handle up to 65 lb E-Bikes and I'm not sure if you'd be able to get your bike down that low.

We do have the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE # HLY74FR which would be able to carry your 75 lb E-Bike but this doesn't have a ramp so you'd have to muscle the bike up to the bike rack.

Because of this, the best option for your application is to use a motorcycle carrier like the etrailer Motorcycle Carrier # e98873. Either way you go you'll need to use some ratcheting straps, like part # EM31353 to help stabilize your bike. I recommend using the Bike Frame Protector # TH984101 to help keep the ratchet straps from making contact with your bike frame.

If the 2019 Kia Sportage you input for your vehicle info is what you have then you also need a trailer hitch with a 2" receiver. For that I recommend the Curt # C13281. Curt does recommend the use of the stabilizer strap # 18050 as well when this trailer hitch is used to carry a bike rack.

With the Thule EasyFold XT # TH903202 only rated for a 65 lbs Ebike, would a Rad Runner Plus, which normally weighs 75 lbs, but could be reduced to 67 lbs if the battery was removed still work? I have a Jeep 2009 Liberty and would like to carry 2 Rad Runner Plus Ebikes for a total of 134 lbs, which would be 4 lbs over the weight capacity of 130 lbs for 2 bikes. Is there some extra weight tolerance built in this rack?

@ScottH I have to give you the official answer, which is, two bikes that weigh no more than 65 pounds each. Any extra tollerance would be to support the 65 pound bikes under unusual circumstances. The Yakima # Y36FR is rated for 66 pounds per bike. All others are 60 pounds or less per bike.
