Will Curt Trailer Hitch Reducer C45405 Fit a 2-1/2 Inch Trailer Hitch
Question:
I have a 2011 Toyota 4 runner and I intend to buy a bike rack compatible with a two inch hitch. I would like to know if this reducer #C45405 would work. I believe the hitch I have is a class 3. Thank You!!

If you have a Class III trailer hitch, then it will have a 2 inch receiver opening. When you measure the receiver, make sure that you are measuring just the width of the opening and not the outside dimensions. Take a look at the FAQ I have linked for some additional information.
If you do have a 2-1/2 inch Class V trailer hitch, then you could use the reducer sleeve, # 5C45405. But, I am confident that you have a 2 inch receiver. I have included a link to all of the trailer hitch mount bike racks we carry that fit in a 2 inch trailer hitch receiver.
