There could be 1 of 2 things going on here with your Furrion 30" Electric Fireplace # FF30SC15ABL : either the outlet is not functioning, or there is a problem with the fireplace. To figure out the source of the issue, you'll want to test the unit in a different outlet and the outlet with a different appliance. You'll want to do the following:

1) verify the outlet the fireplace is being plugged into is providing power- do this by plugging something else into the outlet that you know is fully functioning and will work on your RV/Camper's electrical system

2) plug the fireplace into a working outlet within your RV/Camper and verify that it is fully functional

If you find that the unit won't power up when connected to a fully functioning outlet, the issue is on the unit. If the issue is with the outlet it's being plugged into, you've got a wiring issue on your RV/Camper. If the other outlets in your RV/Camper are functioning properly, you'll need to have someone come out and check the electrical wiring in that outlet to make sure a wire hasn't been cut or damaged.

If the fireplace works when connected to a different outlet and the outlet it was plugged into is fully functioning, there is a chance that there was an obstruction and the overheat sensors have kicked on. You'll need to unplug and leave it unplugged for at least 15 minutes to reset the system and then try it again. If the problem persists, let me know and I can recommend some other troubleshooting steps for you to get this resolved.

My fireplace worked at the dealership about a month and a half ago, and the outlet it's plugged into works just fine with other appliances. I just moved from FL to OK a week ago, so I'm guessing something happened in the move. Can you recommend any other troubleshooting?

What brand and model is your fireplace? Is there a reset/fuse on the back of the fireplace you can check?

@LesD I can take the front panel off but there's no fuse or really anything, I took the front panel off trying to find where the fuse was. I have the Furrion brand. But I haven't ran it since I left the dealership, so not sure what could have gone wrong, unless something broke internally in the move.

@Torrie Now that the front panel is off you should be able to see the screws that hold the fireplace in place. Remove those and slide it out of the wall. Then check for any fuses. You should then be able to see the model number.
