Transmission Cooler For A 2015 Chevrolet Equinox

have 2015 equinox with 4 cyl motor towin g an all aluminum enclosed trailer approx. 1400 lbs total what trans cooler do you recommend?

The Derale Series 9000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler Kit w/ NPT Inlets - Class I -Extra Efficient # D13611 is my recommendation. The radiator-style, plate-and-fin heat exchanger provides increased surface area so that fluids can spread out along the finned chambers to cool faster.

The ideal place to mount a transmission cooler for maximum cooling efficiency is behind the grill of your 2015 Chevy Equinox but in front of the radiator. I included a diagram to show the best location.

You will want to measure at the front of your vehicle to make sure there is room to mount as it's dimensions are 6-3/4" wide x 3" tall. Included are video resources including an installation video.
