I understand your reluctance to cut the fascia of your 2019 Honda CR-V. I recommend the Draw-Tite Class III Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76128 which is the only option for the 2019 Honda CR-V that does not require fascia trimming because of where the hitch attaches to the frame. I have attached a photo and installation video for your reference.

For the wiring, I recommend T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118741 which has the highest amp capacity so it can handle more amperage compared to the other options. The Tekonsha brand is also known for the reliability of their wiring harnesses.
