Expert Reply:

Yes, you can pull a 5th wheel trailer with a lifted truck but will still need to abide by the weight capacities listed in the owner's manual. The only problems you will run into are excessive vehicle sag and an un-level trailer but we have options for both of these issues. I have attached some parts you will and may need for a 2000 Ford F-350 below.

Required:
Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # C16115 (Long Bed Models)
Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # 16516 (Short Bed Models)
Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit part # C16443-204 (No Drilling Required)

Recommended:
Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness part # C56070 (Plug-N-Play)
Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit part # K71-384-00 or part # K71-385-00 (Level Trailer) (Leaf Spring Axles Only)
Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System part # TFR350SDE (Reduce Excess Sag)
Timbren 1" Spacer For Raised Frame Vehicles part # A25723-90AH00 (Match Quantity To Lift)
