I reached out to my contact at Progressive Dynamics and while they do not have a wiring diagram available for the Inteli-Power RV Converter # PD9140ALV, he did provide me with some step-by-step instructions that you will need to follow if you want to use it to replace your existing WFCO 8735P model. I have have listed them below:

Before starting remove AC and DC power from the system (unplug the shoreline and disconnect the battery).

1. Disconnect the converter AC wires from the Circuit breaker, neutral and ground bus bars in the AC breaker section.
2. Disconnect the converter DC wires from the DC distribution board. (black and white wires)
3. Install or use an existing 15 amp AC receptacle to power the converter.
4. Ground both the DC negative output and the case ground lug of the new converter to the chassis of the RV using separate wires.
5. Install a DC power post near the converter and terminate the converter positive, battery positive and the battery lead from the DC distribution board on the post.
6. Turn on AC power and test for proper DC operation.
7. Connect the battery and confirm the battery is being charged from the converter.

Verify that all unused wires are insulated from a possible short circuit.

I have attached the written installation manual for the Inteli-Power RV Converter below that you can also look through.
