In the 2 measurements you've provided, the 15 is the designation for the wheel size that those 2 particular tires will fit on; in tire measurements, usually the last number corresponds with the diameter of the wheel a particular tire will fit on. So, in both of these cases, you would need a 15" wheel. For the 7.00-15 tire, those would fit on 5", 5-1/2" and 6" wide wheels where a 205/75/15 tire will fit on 5" to 6-1/2" wide wheels.

The one thing I noticed in those measurements is that you're currently using a bias ply tire, where the belts run diagonal through the tire. This would be opposed to a radial where the belts run horizontally and allow the sidewall and the tread to function as two independent features of the tire- this is much better for trailers since the sidewalls are designed to carry most of the load.

We have a number of tire and wheel packages that you could go with, depending on the bolt pattern of your existing trailer wheels/hubs, but something like the Loadstar # AM3S638 which is a 205/75/15 would be a good choice if you've got a 5 on 5 bolt pattern.

If you can let me know exactly what your bolt pattern is, I can help recommend an appropriate wheel/tire combo for your trailer. I've attached some of our help articles on trailer tire sizing, how to determine tire/wheel dimensions and measuring bolt patterns as a reference.
