Does Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch for 2019 BMW X5 Require Bumper Fascia Trimming

So for the Draw-Tite hitch for my 2019 BMW X5, does it require fascia trimming of the bumper?

Yes, the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76288 that fits your 2019 BMW X5 does require some trimming of the bumper fascia, though it is not going to be noticeable. As you can see by the cut out of the linked directions, the fascia will need to be trimmed in a 3-3/4" x 4" section, and you can do this easily with just a utility knife.

I have a 2019 BMW x5 M package and would like to install hitch mainly for bike racks. Looks like 76288 is would be the right fit but is there an expert installation option?

The Draw-Tite Hitch unfortunately isn't a fit for the M Package model of your 2019 BMW. The only option we have available that will work is from Stealth, and since you only plan on using it for bikes or other accessories, the Stealth # SH89VR will work great.
