Based on the picture you sent in the brake assembly replacement you are looking for is the part # 23-106 which is for 6,000 lb axles. The matching left hand side is part # 23-105.
Then the correct hub/drum you need is the part # 8-201-9UC3-EZ which has the matching bolt pattern you need of 6 on 5-1/2 inch and also has the 25580 bearing you have as well.
