The best trailer hitch option for the 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe is the Draw-Tite Class III hitch part # 75908 because the installation process is a bit easier compared to the other options. It is a 2" hitch that does not require drilling for installation. I have attached an installation video for your reference.

If you plan on doing some towing and need wiring, I recommend Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # CU94FR. I have attached an installation video for your reference on a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe but it will be the same installation.

You may also consider a etrailer ball mount kit # 989900 as well. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.

If you are towing and do not know how much rise or drop you need in a ball mount to tow the trailer level. I have attached a helpful article that explains how to figure the rise and drop of a ball mount for your reference.
