Question:
I have an 09 Toyota tundra I just want to make sure Im ordering the right one . I need to pull 7 ft. x 12 ft. Utility trailer loaded with A/C equipment. Do you think the 75527 will work ?

The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75527 has a towing weight capacity of 6,000 lbs and then that is bumped up to 8,000 lbs when used with a weight distribution (WD) system. I would imagine that this is enough but the only way to really be sure is to make sure that your loaded trailer and/or the GVWR (found on a sticker near the tongue) doesn't exceed these weight capacities as well as the towing capacity of your 2009 Toyota Tundra.
You also need some wiring to activate your trailer lights. I recommend using the Curt # C59236 which draws power directly from your battery so you don't have to worry about overloading the OEM wiring on your Tundra. I looked at the online manual for your '09 Tundra and on page 270 it states that any trailer over 1,000 lbs requires a brake controller. This means that you also need the Universal Wiring Kit # ETBC7 along with a brake controller for which I recommend the Tekonsha Primus IQ Trailer Brake Controller # TK90160. I have attached an install video of this wiring along with the Prodigy P2 # 90885 on a 2002 Tundra that you can use as an example.
Then to complete your towing setup you either need a ball mount kit like part # 989900 or a WD system if your trailer is heavy enough. We recommend a WD system if your trailer weighs more than half of the curb (unloaded) weight of the tow vehicle. I am attaching some helpful articles on ball mounts/WD systems for you to reference.
I am also adding a link to our FAQs for trailer towing that you can filter through for additional info.
