Attached is a link to our selection of tire chains that fit 265/65-18 size tires. Out of this selection I highly recommend the Konig Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains # TH01594267 because they are the easiest to install due to their design and the self-tensioning feature, plus they use D-Links in a diamond pattern for a great fit and excellent traction. These chains also use anti-scratch nylon bumpers to help protect your wheels from the chains.
If you are wanting to install these on a 2019 GMC Sierra 1500, that you input for your vehicle info, then page 387 of the online version of the owner's manual states to install tire chains only on the rear wheels for this tire size. I highly recommend confirming this and any other instructions for tire chains in your copy of the owner's manual.
