There are a number of great options for a 3-bike or 4-bike rack for your 2011 Toyota FJ Cruiser for a 2" trailer hitch like the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 75461, and the best is going be the Swagman Trailhead 3-Bike Rack # S63365 or Swagman Titan 4-Bike Rack # S63410.
These racks are the best because they are lightweight, making them easy to handle, as well as more affordable than other options while not sacrificing on quality.
Additionally, please keep in mind you'll need Bike Frame Adapter Bar # 64005 if your bike is dual-suspension, has a step-through frame or you want to carry a small children's bike. The bar will give those bikes a horizontal mounting point so they can be carried by the rack.
I've added links to a number of video reviews for you to check out as well.
