In order to raise the suspension on your Keystone Outback you have two options, the Tandem Axle Lift Kit part # RR23QX which lifts the trailer about 2-1/4" or the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit part # K71-385-00 which lifts the trailer around 5"-6". The Lippert Components Tandem Axle Lift Kit is easier to install but the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit is more cost effective.
Then, in order to upgrade the ride quality you can add a set of shocks, the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Shock Absorbers for Tandem Axle Trailers part # RM-2460 which will work with either of the above setups.
