The RetraxPRO MX Hard Tonneau Cover part # RT80502 which is a fit for the 2017-2020 Honda Ridgeline does not have the built-in t-slots like the RetraxONE XR Hard Tonneau Cover that you are referencing. I do have options for you but the RetraxONE XR Hard Tonneau Cover is not offered for a Honda Ridgeline.

I understand you are wanting to install some sort of rack over the bed but your only option for this is to use the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack System part # Y02-500B which would require drilling into the cover and or bed rail. They do not offer any sort of tonneau cover with t-slots or a ladder rack for the Honda Ridgeline.

If you do not wish to drill into the cover and or bed rail you can install a roof rack over the cab and then use a load extender when needed, the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbar System part # RRVA150B-2, part # RRRLKVA, and part # DK470 with the Rhino-Rack T-Load Hitch Mounted Load Assist and Support Bar part # RTL002.
