Towing Capacity, Trailer Hitch and Trailer Wiring for 2014 Cadillac SRX

I have a 2014 Cadillac SRX. towing capacity? hitch recommendation? Wiring?

I took a look at the owner's manual of your 2014 Cadillac SRX and it stated that the vehicle had a maximum trailer capacity of 2,500 lbs without the "Trailering Package" and 3,500 lbs with the "Trailering Package." The reason I like this hitch the most for your '14 SRX is because it is the easiest install of the hitches that fit your vehicle. Also, it has a 4,000 lb towing capacity, which is more than enough capacity to meet the limits of your SRX (please keep in mind the towing capacity is always limited to the lowest-rated component, so even though the hitch has a 4,000 lb capacity, you are still limited to the capacity of your SRX).
