Is Bumper on 2020 Palomini Strong Enough for a Trailer Hitch and Bike Rack
Question:
Bumper on back of trailer strong enough for a bike rack?

Some bumpers are strong enough for a bike rack while others are more for show or to help lessen the impact of anything at the back of the trailer. I did some checking with Palomino and they say that their bumpers/frames were not designed to accommodate a hitch. If you want to avoid doing this we still have an excellent solution for you with the Jack-It 2 Bike Rack for A-Frame Trailers # LC429756.
This bike rack is designed to install in the same location as your A-Frame jack and it has enough room on the mounting frame to accommodate most jacks and propane tank setups (see attached photos). Not only does this bike rack allow you to take your bikes with you while you travel but you can also use this rack with a standard 2" trailer hitch receiver via Bump-It Adapter # LC723359. This gives you the perfect opportunity to transport your bikes at home or when you are out camping and there is a location nearby that you want to check out on your bikes.
In addition to the dimensional photos I am linking some review videos that you can reference as well.
