Troubleshooting Fastway e2 Weight Distribution System Pulling to One Side
Question:
2015 Nissan pathfinder sv 4wd - 5k tow capacity TT 3200 dry weight Fastway e2 round 10k from etrailer Ive noticed the TT has to be jacked up higher for the passenger side bar to get onto the bracket than the driver side bar. Also, with th TT hitched, the TV pulls to the right. Is there something specific I should have a dealer look at to resolve this?

If you're already planning on making a trip to a local dealer, I have a few things you'll want them to confirm.
In regard to the trailer pulling, it could be a few different things from too much weight distribution to tire pressure, among other reasons. Start by having them check the three front measurements, found on page 14-15 of the manual which I have attached at the bottom. Usually, pushing too much weight to the front of the vehicle can cause this. For the Fastway e2 # FA94-00-1000 system to work properly, the loaded trailer tongue weight (TW), including the weight behind the rear axle of your Pathfinder, needs to be ideally around 800 lbs. The system has a TW range between 600 to 1,000 lbs so staying as close to the middle of that range will deliver the best results.
It is not unusual to have to jack the trailer up a little more to get one arm on. Usually it happens when the other arm is engaged that the second arm goes on easier after jacking the trailer up a little more.
Below is a video showing the weight distribution set up. Have your dealer go through this setup on your trailer.
