Then for wiring, the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118449 will work for your '19 Highlander assuming you do NOT have the factory tow package. If you DO have the factory tow package on your Highlander you will need the Hopkins Plug-In Simple Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package # HM11141825.
