I tracked down an online version of the owner's manual for the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and while it doesn't mention specific gear ratios, I was able to find the various towing capacities based on engine size and drivetrain. The manual doesn't separate tow ratings based on whether or not the Jeep has the factory tow packages. It lists the following specs:

Jeep Grand Cherokee with 3.6L engine, 4x2 or 4x4 model - Max Trailer Weight: 6,200 pounds
Jeep Grand Cherokee with 5.7L engine, 4x2 model - Max Trailer Weight 7,400 pounds
Jeep Grand Cherokee with 5.7L engine, 4x4 model - Max Trailer Weight 7,200 pounds

I recommend verifying this info in your copy of the manual or by checking with a local Jeep dealer. Your local dealer may also have more insight into the specific gear ratios.
