Troubleshooting Trailer Wiring Harness Where Hazards Work but Passenger Blinker Trailer Does Not

I installed a curt 56331 harness on my 2017 dodge grand caravan and all lights on van work right on the trailer all lights work except passenger side turn signal hazards work on both side but turn signal does not work on passenger side

Since the hazards lights work that means that the problem is not a connection or short issue on the circuit since we know it can work. That means it's time to verify if the converter box is working properly. Use a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 to test the green wire that's coming from the connectors on the passenger side of the vehicle as well as the green wire of the 4-way. Basically we want to verify if the converter box is getting voltage when the blinker is on and then also passing this onto the trailer wiring connector. If not, the issue is the box being faulty which I suspect. Let me know what you find.
