Parts Needed To Fit The Thule Doubletrack 990XT Bike Carrier

Will these parts fit on the Thule DoubleTrack 990XT 2-bike carrier? I need the hex screw that secures the 2-inch adapter sleeve to the bike carrier so it can go into my 2-inch trailer hitch. Does this part come with the hex screw?
