Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera Monitor Has Blue Screen
Question:
Ive had the camera for two years and its worked great, but recently the screen is just blue when I put truck in reverse. Ive checked all connections look good.

If you are getting a blue screen on the monitor of the Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup camera part # HM50002 it means the monitor is not getting a signal from the camera. Since you mentioned you checked all the connections already, It is possible water got into the unit and the monitor needs to be replaced.
