The easiest way to determined if the bearings and seals in the TruRyde Bearing Kit, # BK2-100, are compatible with the spindles on your 1994 EZ Loader Tandem Axle boat trailer is to match up the part numbers on the bearings and seals. If you can send me the part numbers, then I can recommend the brake kit for your boat trailer. If you are unable to get those part numbers, then you can take some measurements using a tool like a dial caliper. I have attached an image showing where you can find the part numbers and the measurements you will need.
The bearing seals, # RG06-050, in this kit have an inner diameter of 1.719 inches and an outside diameter of 2.565 inches. Also the bearings have inner dimensions of 1.378 inches for the inner # L68149 bearing and 1.063 inches for the outer # L44649 bearing. Your spindle inner bearing surface should measure 1.38 inches at the inner bearing surface and 1.06 inches at the outer bearing surface. If the part numbers or measurements are the same, then this bearing kit will work for you. If they are different, then you can send me the measurements you took and I can recommend the correct kit.
To determine if the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit, # K2HR35D, will work with your boat trailer, then you will want to check a few more things. Part # K2HR35D fits a wheel bolt pattern of 5 on 4-1/2, you will need to measure and check to see if this is the bolt pattern on your trailer. If you have a 5 lug hub, measure from the center of one lug to the center point between two lugs directly across, if this measurement is 4-1/2 inches then you have a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern. I have attached a video and an article to help you take these measurements.
This brake kit is designed for a single axle with a weight capacity of 3500 lbs and will fit trailers with 14 or 15 inch wheels. You will need to check the VIN plate on your trailer to check the axle capacity and measure the diameter of your wheels.
