Suspension Enhancement Recommendation for 2015 Ford F-150 that Wont Affect Ride Quality Unloaded

Question:

I have a 2015 F150 Lariat 4WD 5.0 with a 6.5 ft bed. Just recently purchased a tractor and when towing it I noticed my truck was sagging. I am within the towing and payload capacities of the truck. I want to eliminate the sag as much as possible without compromising the none towing ride. I have been given a few suggestions but looking for the best approach. Air bags or springs? Timbren or Sumo? Thank for any help you can give.

Since you want the ride quality of your truck to be unaffected when not towing with your 2015 Ford F-150 the easy solution is air bags which give you ability to totally control how much support they provide. The Timbren kits and ones similar do give you the support you want but are known to be pretty harsh when unloaded so that would not be the route I'd recommend.

So you'd want the Firestone kit part # F2582 which has been confirmed to fit your truck and will give you all the support you'd want and comes with the highest quality air bags available. I attached an install video for this kit for you to check out as well.

For a compressor kit which will make maintaining pressure in the bags as easy as possible you'd want the heavy duty part # F2097 will work great to make inflating the bags and maintaining them easier. The compressor will inflate faster than standard compressors and the gauge inside the vehicle will allow you to monitor and inflate them from inside the vehicle.
