How To Test the 6 Amp Relay On the Lippert Components Electric Stabilizer Jacks

Question:

My rear stabilizer legs aren’t working. I get 12v to the red wire on the Auto Reset relay when I press the switch. How can I test this relay?

The part you are referring to is a circuit breaker, not a relay. In order to test the circuit breaker all you need to do is probe the blue wire that feeds this and then the red wire which is the output. If you get 12 volts on the red output wire which you said you did then that eliminates the circuit breaker being bad. The next thing you will want to do is test the red wire just before it reaches the motor. If you still get 12 volts then we know the motor is bad and it will need to be replaced.

The correct motor for you will be dependent on what color your support arms are. If they are black then you need the C-800 Replacement Klauber Motor for Standard Lippert Components Electric Stabilizer Jacks part # LC138445 but if your support arms are yellow then you need the Replacement Electric RV Stabilizer Jack Motor for Lippert Components Landing Gear part # LC352338.
