For your 2019 Toyota Sienna XLE the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118648 will work perfectly for you without any type of splicing into your wires needed.
To install this you will need to plug the harness into your tail light housing, which is why no splicing is needed. I do highly recommend using Trim Pad Remover # ALL648544 for easier access, and I have added a link to the written instructions as well as a link to a video install on a '19 Sienna for you to use as a reference.
