I believe your best option is going to be the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE part # HLY84FR which comes with two sets of fat tire bike wheel hoops. The reason I say that is that fat tire wheel hoops can also just as easily be used on bikes that have non-fat tires. They'll just be a bit wider than needed but the bike would still be secured safely.
