Can Curt TriFlex be Used With 2019 Toyota Highlander

So long as your 2019 Toyota Highlander does not have the factory tow package, you can use the Curt TriFlex Trailer Brake Controller # C24VV you referenced. To use it you will need the Wiring Adapter # C51515, T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118449 and Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7.
If your '19 Highlander has the factory tow package I strongly recommend the Curt Echo Mobile Trailer Brake Controller # C51180 because it is the easiest brake controller on the market to use, simply plugging into the 7-way on the back of your Highlander. There is no other wiring needed and the only other thing you would need in order to use it is a smartphone.
