If you just need a ST225/75R15 spare tire the Karrier ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10251 is the best option. The only issue is that this size tire only fits on certain size wheels (rims), which are 15" x 6", 15" x 6-1/2", and 15" x 7".

So if you only need the spare and your current wheel or rim is one of the aforementioned sizes you are all set. If you need a tire and wheel combo, it gets a little more difficult because the only 15 inch wheel with a 4-bolt pattern that a size ST225/75R15 tire will work on is the Dexstar Vintage Steel Wheel w/ +5 mm Offset - 15" x 5" Rim # AM20501 which has a very unique 4 on 9.44" bolt pattern. You would need to have this same bolt pattern for the wheel to fit, and if you are unsure of what yours is I have added a link to a help article which details how to determine what your bolt pattern is. We don't have an ST225/75R15 to fit this 5" wheel and we would need to go a bit smaller to something like the Provider ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range D # TR20515D to go on this wheel. This would be okay to use temporarily for a spare until you could get a new tire on your current rim.

I have also linked video reviews of both the tire and wheel for you to take a look at.
