Does this come with everything in the video? The part that goes under the hood? The straps? The strings? Also, will it fit on the racks of a 2016 Honda Odyssey.

Yes! The Thule Stacker # TH830 is compatible with the factory crossbars on the 2016 Honda Odyssey. I've attached a picture of all of the parts that come included to allow you to safely carry your kayaks on the roof of your vehicle; I've also included a picture of the instructions that references the contents of the package as well.

You may want to consider adding the Malone Hood Loops # MPG308 for some added security over the included straps. These allow you to slide the bars under the hood and inside the rear cargo hatch and provide a much more secure option than the J hooks and straps.
