I am happy to help you get the parts you need to flat tow the 2020 Jeep Gladiator Austin. First you need a base plate on the Jeep. I recommend the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms part # RM-521453-5 because it is the cleanest and more streamlined base plate available due to it's hidden brackets that sit farther back then standard base plate brackets. It also does not require a crossbar.

Next you will need a tow bar, I recommend the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar part # RM-522 because it is easier to use compared to the other options. The All Terrain is a non-binding design that features a freedom latch that allows you to release tension from the bar and disconnect even on uneven ground, most tow bars require the setup to be completely level to disconnect. The Falcon All Terrain does not come with safety cables so you will need safety cables part # RM-643.

For the braking system, I recommend the Stay-In-Play DUO part # SM99251 because once the system is installed it is a much easier braking system to use compared to the more temporary, reoccurring setup braking options. The Stay-IN-Play features a main unit that installs under the hood and an actuating cylinder that stays attached to your brake pedal in the Gladiator. When the main unit gets the signal that the motor home is braking is signals the cylinder which actuates to depress the brake pedal. This system is much more convenient because it stays in the vehicle without interference when it's time to drive the Jeep once at your at your destination. If your motor home happens to have air brakes you can use part # SM99243 which is the same system but for motor home's with air brakes.

You will also need tow bar wiring, the Roadmaster Diode kit part # RM-15267 is your best option because it splices into the vehicle's tail lights and extends to the front of the vehicle. It comes with an adapter to allow you to plug the towed vehicle into the 7-way on your motor home so that the towed vehicle's lights illuminate when the motor home's lights illuminate.

Lastly, you may need a high low adapter to tow the Jeep level with the motorhome. I have attached an article that helps you figure how much rise or drop you may need to tow level. I have also attached the link to all of our high low adapters available.
