Activating 12V Circuit on 7-Way of Older Dump Truck
Question:
Im installing a 7 blade trailer connector on older dump truck... Need to run 12 volt power back to it. Maybe this is a dumb question... But Do I also need to wire in a relay to ignition switch along with a 40 amp breaker...? Thanks for the help!

To activate the 12V circuit on the new 7-Way connector for your dump truck you will just need to run a length of 10 gauge wire # 10-1-1 (sold by the foot) up to the battery through a 40 amp breaker like # 9510 as you mentioned. You do not need to wire in an additional relay to the ignition switch.
