Is a 4-Way Trailer Wiring Harness Mounting Bracket Recommended for a 2007 Jeep Wrangler

do i need some type of mounting bracket for the wiring harness plug coming off my 2007 jeep wrangler

It is not required to have a mounting bracket for the 4-Way end of trailer wiring harness # 118416, but we do recommend it for a secure and professional appearance. You can use bracket # 18144 with either the short extension # 18140, or the long extension # 18136. I have included a link to a video that shows, in part, the installation of the mounting bracket.
