Can B&W Patriot Sliding 5th Wheel Hitch Mount to 2019 Chevy 3500 With Factory Prep Package

I have a 2019 Chevy 3500.with factory prep. I have a Patriot 18000 slider..cant find a mount.

While there are ways to mount standard 5th wheel hitchers to a 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500 with the factory prep package, unfortunately the B&W Patriot # BWRVK3270 is the one hitch that cannot be used with an adapter because the bracing required for the puck locations interferes with the Patriot.
What that means is that you will need a new 5th wheel hitch in order to tow with your truck, and to offset the cost, you should be able to get a very good price on the Patriot because it is such a high-quality hitch.
To replace it I recommend the B&W Companion Slider # BWRVK3770.
