trailer has l44649 wheel bearings , there are 3,500 pound axles would thers be the correct bearings

If the trailer hub uses two L44649 bearings then that is indicative of a 2,000 or 2,200 lb axle, not a 3,500 lb axle which generally uses both L68149 and L44649 bearings. That said, the axle capacity is more or less irrelevant so long as the bearings and grease seals match.
If your trailer hub uses two L44649 bearings then you need the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly part # 8-258-5UC1 but if it uses both L68149 and L44649 bearings then you need the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly part # 84545BX.
