Solution for Needing Just Replacement Harness and Relays for 2011 Nissan Frontier

I already have 7way hooked up I just need the harness with relays is there anyway to be just the harness jumper an 3 relays

Since just the harness and three relays aren't available your best option is to go with the part # C56225 which includes the parts you need plus an extra 4-way harness that you could hold onto as a spare.
