The Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30047 that you referenced by itself weighs about 107.7 pounds.
The custom brackets and base rail kit # RP50081-58, which is what I recommend for your F-150 (and aren't included with the hitch), have a total weight of about 65 pounds.
This gives you a total weight between the hitch and rails of just about 173 pounds. I have attached a couple short video demonstrations that you can check out as well.
