There are a number of different possibilities for the reason why your right turn signal is not working, and I'l give you some more troubleshooting steps to try and help resolve the issue.
The first thing to do is take a look at your owner's manual to locate any trailer fuses or relays and ensure they are all there and in working order as that could be a simple solution. And though you did take one step by testing your truck's 7-way, since you found there is no signal coming out of the connector, you should try using your circuit tester to test the pin going into the connector. If the signal is not getting in you know the problem is with the vehicle side wiring so you will need to search to find where the wire is broken, crimped or otherwise damaged. It could also be an insufficient ground so check to ensure your grounds are secured to bare metal surfaces. Finally, it could be corrosion on your trailer plug; a build-up of corrosion can interfere with the signals getting through the connectors so if it is present you are going to need to either replace the plug or clean the corrosion.
I have added links to a pair of help articles on trailer wiring, including a troubleshooting guide which I highly recommend taking a look at.
