Rocky Mounts Split Rail cable lock. How do I replace the cable and lock assembly?

You can replace the integrated cable lock of your RockyMounts SplitRail LS 3-Bike RKY11404-3 and 4-Bike RKY11404-4 with the SplitRail Integrated Cable Lock Replacement # RKY12005.

I asked a representative of RockyMounts about how to replace this lock and was told that you will only need to undo a set screw and they include a Torx wrench with the lock so you can easily accomplish this.
