I recommend the Curt Class III trailer hitch part # C13153 for the 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe XL Limited Ultimate. I confirmed with Curt that the hitch has been test fitted on your model Hyundai Santa Fe. It is also a concealed cross tube design so the only portion of the hitch visible is the receiver tube which a lot of customers like because it looks sleek and doesn't look like an obvious after market part.

The wiring harness that you need is Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package part # C56332 for the 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe XL Limited Ultimate as confirmed by Curt. The Curt harness will plug right into the OEM tow package port. I have attached an installation video on a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe but the installation will be the same.

If you plan on doing some towing I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
