Will the LED survive the fluctuations found in an RV?

The Gustafson RV LED Dome Light # 277-000492 that you referenced is designed specifically for RV/trailer applications so it will absolutely survive the common voltage fluctuations/spikes it will go through in this setting. Just by its nature being an LED instead of an incandescent bulb it's also going to last much longer and require much less power to illuminate.
