E2 Hitch Nuts & Bolts. Should the Nylock nuts,washers, conical washers,etc. be replaced after being torqued and then loosened to make adjustments?

No, you do not need to replace the hardware of your Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control # FA94-00-1061 when you torque and loosen them to make adjustments.

You can swap just the spring bars of your Fastway Round Bar Weight distribution system to a higher rated setup. For that we have the part #FA94-02-1099 for 1,000 lb tongue weight or the part #FA94-02-0899 for up to 800 lb tongue weight.
