Troubleshooting Lippert Ground Control Legs that are Retracted but Show Error Code Needing Retract  

Question:

My control keeps beeping and it says that the jacks need to be retracted. Only problem is the jacks are retracted. Is there a reset to this fault error?

You may just need to clear the error code as it sounds like your Ground Control is working properly but still showing the Out of Stroke error.

To clear the error you can extend all of the jacks in the system at least 6 inches. Then press and hold the retract button until the jacks start to retract. All of the jacks should fully retract and the error should be cleared. Try that and then let me know if you still are seeing the error.
